I don't think the Black Market recognizes FDA definitions as to how one Handles e-liquids that contain Nicotine.

The FDA made me this way

Also, you may have to go a few levels. Many state laws likely reference "tobacco product" as defined in such and such statute number. So even if it says tobacco product, if they haven't amended the definition of tobacco product it may still not apply.

I believe this to be true and while I could certainly be wrong I'd bet that will be the case with most state's tobacco laws. They'll likely need to amend existing law to specifically include e-liquids if not by name then by legally defined reference/description.

What are going to do with PACT? It's the law. They can't just pretend it doesn't exist, can they?

Maybe they can....

They pretend that nic-free liquid is made from tobacco...

The "tax math" has greatly concerned me for the last 2 years. I've thought a lot about it. The only thing that makes sense is by volume and not strength as stated earlier. If (and it's a big if) bottled juice is sold off the shelf then sizes will be standardized and stamped at state level.

WV will would become quite popular for "juice runs".lol. Just like DC is popular for MD and VA folks for liquor runs. Not that I've ever done it...lol

No matter which way you slice it, it's not going to be pretty or fun once the states start doing their math.

you can thank my local vape shops for all of this.

I visited another one today (I really gotta stop shopping B&M. Somebody please help me.), and I overheard the owner telling a guy with an iTaste cooking store-bought coils that "none of this is actually going to happen, we got it all figured out".

I'm done.

Screw you all.

The wife and I are going to huddle around our freezer-stash and I'm going to keep practicing my DIY.

I'm done with this industry.

If y'all can't help yourselves, then go back to smoking and get the flock out of the rest of our's way.

Well, according to some, the judicial solutions are basically guaranteed, and the FDA asked for more than they know they can get, and once this is all final there will be nothing to worry about...

Apparently Final doesn't mean what it used to, and we're all just chicken littles.

I always get a chuckle out of videos like this. They always use a pretty girl to demonstrate their product. Someone should buck this practice and use an old, worn down biker just for a laugh. The pretty girl doesn't look like she has a cigarette addiction.

How about a guy and a shark?

I'm still confused about the term "freebase nicotine". Some sources say that the higher PH nicotine is what's called 'freebase' and others say it's the lower PH.

Either way, lowering the PH accelerates nicotine absorption, I think. Do you know if that's correct? (They add Hydrochloric Acid, but whether or not enough is added to significantly lower PH, I have no idea.)

I believe lower PH, it is de-protonated, positively charged particles are removed.
The cig industry used an ammonia compound in tobacco cigarettes.

I am guessing I do not know for a fact the HCL is a freebase additive.
