Hi Brittany, thanks for your message, I'll chase this up, there's been a problem with the warehouse software not updating orders with tracking info he last week, but I will do my best to find out whats going on with your order and get someone to reach out.
Thank you so much. I see you guys do a good job of checking on things. I'm sorry for being a pain.

Good day,

I placed an order on May 24, 2019 and paid for the 1-3 day delivery and here we are on June 6 and I have yet to receive anything. I've left voice messages and emails and have yet to get a reply. The money has been taken out of my account for some time now. I would like my product. Order #V100151161. Thanks!

    I put in my order Saturday i did read that orders on weekends will start processing monday but i do not know when my vape will come in because it still says processing and havent had any updates.

    Hi Michael, thanks for your message, the warehouse software broke down and as a result tracking info isn't getting updated, so the team have been flat out doing it manually, but it's taking longer than is would normally to update as a result. You will get the info when they update it, but it seems that orders are shipping some time before they are getting the info.

    I've taken the courtesy of refunding your shipping fee while you wait for the tracking to get updated, once again I'm very sorry about the delay here.

    HI Angel, very sorry about the hassle with your order, the warehouse system completely broke down and the team have been having to do everything manually, which is taking longer than it should. Parcels are shipping, but it's some time after they have left the building that the tracking info is getting added.

    I've refunded your shipping while we attempt to get your tracking info updated, once again, my sincere apologies.

The team are on PST hours, but we've been down a man, and the call / ticket volume has been 5 x what it is normally, so the person left has been tearing their hair out. It's no excuse though, and I just want you to know that we're normally much better than this!

    I've got someone looking into it asap, they will be in touch! It's 10.15pm where I am so I'll probably got to bed soon, but he is on PST so will be going for a bit yet!

    I just got a response email saying the juice i chose was out of stock and they could swap it out for another of equal price is there anything i can do to get my item shipped now i really dont want to wait another week for them to read my email to just switch out a strawberry juice for this watermelon juice 30ml in 50mg nicotine strength

    Hi Michael, I've told them refund the out of stock bottle and to give you the other flavor for free, and and ship it asap. If you don't hear back, let me know.
