Hi Michael, thanks for your message, the warehouse software broke down and as a result tracking info isn't getting updated, so the team have been flat out doing it manually, but it's taking longer than is would normally to update as a result. You will get the info when they update it, but it seems that orders are shipping some time before they are getting the info.
I've taken the courtesy of refunding your shipping fee while you wait for the tracking to get updated, once again I'm very sorry about the delay here.
