    So I got an email claiming my package has been shipped and received the tracking number, but according to USPS it has been in pre-shipment for 2 days which means they haven't received the package yet or it hasn't been scanned. Has the package been shipped out yet?
    Sorry for the slow reply, I was out all weekend, I just checked and it says it was delivered on Saturday, did you get it?

    I paid extra for the 1 to 3 day delivery and I ordered it early Monday I still have not received it. Can you please tell me what is going on and when to expect it

    Hi I just received a message telling me that it has been sent with the mail person to be delivered today but thank you for trying to assist

    I placed an order on 4/1/19 and even paid for expedited shipping, yet as of 4/3/19 it is still processing. I could have gotten it from a smoke shop had I known I was going to have to wait this long.

    I have called and waited on hold for 20 minutes just to get a voicemail! I have emailed and gotten no response! This is NOT good customer service. Beware!

    I have never had such a bad experience in all my years of online shopping. Truly am disappointed! V100134430

    Hi Kristofer, the warehouse team is just getting in now, I've asked someone to reach out to you and get to the bottom of this.

    Ordered some items on may 20th payed for the 1-3 day shipping, its the 24th and i still haven't received my items. USPS says they are still waiting for the order to get to them sent in two emails, got no response. I called this morning and got sent to voice mail after waiting 20 minutes. My order number is V100149281

    sorry for being so impatient but its been an hour now and i haven’t received any sort of email or anything, is there a certain window of time he would be contacting me?
