I ordered the SMOK Species 230W mod in Black & Red as seen in the first picture. I received my order yesterday and it is the Red & Black model, which is not what I wanted (see second picture). This is my first order on this site and since my old mod broke and this is a replacement I couldn't wait to try to send it back and get a replacement. Pretty disappointed.

    Okay thank you for letting me know do you know if the order has shipped yet I dont really care about tracking it I just want to know if I'll have to wait until after the weekend for it to ship

    I've been ordering from vaping.com for a long time now and never had an issue. However, my recent order has been stuck on processing since 5/22/19. I have tried reaching out to support but has not received any response since 5/29/19. I hope you can help me expedite this order.

    Hi there, I'm very sorry about that, there's been a problem with the warehouse software updating the correct tracking information on all orders, I've asked someone to reach out with the correct tracking number, (I don't have access to the warehouse system so I can't do it unfortunately). I'll make sure they do it as soon as they get to work, which will be 9am, PST. If they don't get back soon, please let me know!

    Hi Vern, thanks for your message, normally pretty quick, but there's been an issue with the warehouse software and it's not updating with tracking info properly, I will chase this up for you.

    I ordered Saturday, June 1st. I have been reading through the thread and apparently a lot of people have been needing to confirm their ID. But when I ordered mine the site popped a message saying my age has been verified. Is everything okay with my order? Is there anything that needs to happen in order for my order to be shipped?     Ordered Sunday. Was hoping it would get sent out yesterday, it still says processing, just curious when that will be put in the works. Sorry for bugging trying to quit smoking and spent all if the "extra" funds on the order, just slightly panicking. Thank you in advanced.

    Hi Donovan, thanks for your message! You've probably seen there's been some issues with our warehouse software, so tracking info hasn't been getting updated very quickly as the team have had to do everything manually. It's a nightmare, but things have been shipping, just a little slower than we'd like. I'll chase this up and get back to you when I've heard from the customer service team!
