    I got the update firmware screen ...I needed to charge the batteries so I plugged it up..the screen was froze to updating screen so I took out the batteries thinking it would reset it so I replaced the same batteries and now it will not even turn on...this is for a Smok Alien Mod

    Any idea why I placed a order with vaping.com which is located from my understanding in Kentucky? I believe. Only to get a call from the Fraud prevention center asking if I’m allowing the order to be processed from the United Kingdom?

    As it happens we actually moved to Las Vegas in November :)

    However we use Paypal UK to power our payments (as US PP won't allow vaping and we have that option) but this has been brought to our attention recently that people are having issues like yours, so we're looking at changing back to Authorize.net which we used to use.

    Not sure where to post this, but I did have a problem with my very first order but wanted to make sure it was known that I gave y'all another try. I actually have placed 2 subsequent orders without any problems and fast delivery, so glad I did. I just don't want my previous replies to turn others off of using this site.
