    Got a problem with your order, a question about a product, something not gone as it should?

    Please post here and I'll do my best to help you out!

    This is my first time using this site, my order has been processing for over 3 days and still no signs of confirmation or shipping while I was initially promised 1-3 day shipping. I have contacted customer service multiple times with no answer.

    This is my first time using this site and I am very frustrated, my order has been processing for over 3 days and still no signs of confirmation or shipping while I was initially promised 1-3 day shipping. I have contacted customer service multiple times with no answer. Please fix this soon as I need my order before Wednesay or I will have to dispute the charges.

However, I’ve asked the team to expedite the delivery so you get it as soon as possible, I hope that resolves things for you.

    You need to add a "Cancel Order" button to your site. I placed an order that had more items that I wanted to pay for(I was just trying to buy two Suorin drop pods) and I had added two other juices just to see the what S&H and taxes would be for my state. I was half paying attention and placed the order. I immediately went to my order page to see if I could cancel it and lo and behold THERE IS NO CANCEL BUTTON. I shot an email off to your support department and even tried calling but it was Saturday and every time I called and the recording said it was outside business hours or you guys were on holiday. I shot another email off on Sunday(I think) also.I finally was able to get ahold of you guys on Monday in which I was told my order was already picked and was waiting for shipping and the only way I could get a refund was to send the package back.Now my package arrives on Friday and I will be at work when it arrives, so that means even if I deliver it to the post office on Saturday it will probably not get back to y'all by next Friday in which I was planning to place the order for items in the package anyway because I would have gotten paid again.

    Please add the ability to cancel orders to your site.

    Hey I made an order on the 30th and got 1-3 day shipping, but it still shows my order as processing. I was just wondering how long this usually takes? Order # is V100073947.

    EDIT: Now the order says complete but I can't track the package..
    Hi there, sorry it took me a few days to get back to you, I was off last week - I checked and your package should have turned up, pease let me know if you didn't get it.

    Hey,
    I want to cancel my order since I found something else I wanted to buy from the site. However, it says my order is still on hold for age verification. I sent a picture with my ID and it's been a few hours. I just want my money back.

    I have tried ordering an order yesterday at around 3:40, my money went through, yet I received no confirmation or anything. I tried contacting you through email, no response.

    Hi there, I’m very sorry but we’ve had some issues with email sending over the weekend, we’re still trying to sort them out - as long as you got to the order confirmation page, we’ll be taking care of it and it will ship soon.

    Hi everyone we did a warehouse move yesterday, which delayed tracking emails getting sent by 24 hours, hopefully everyone should have received theirs now, please let me know if not and I'll look into it.
