I went ahead and canceled the order through my bank. It's been two weeks and I have no tracking, no response through the website, can't get anybody on the phone, and no response here. Not sure what else to do.

Love the selection but probably won't be shopping here again. Vaping for a decade, this is the first time somebody has just ghosted on an order.

    Seems like y'all may have had something glitch with your tracking system? Can you check Order#V100189429? Ordered 8/24 but still shows processing
    That's weird, it looks like it was canceled, did you make that request, I can't see why it would be otherwise?

    Hi there, it looks like your order failed fraud prevention, probably because you ordered a long way from the delivery address. Is it a holiday purchase?

    My apologies, I can't see if there's any issue, I've asked on the of the customer service team to reach out, please let me know if they don't get hold of you today.

    I put my order on 9/18 it is now 9/27 and I haven't been updated or anything. i paid for expedited shipping. I know that sometimes these things can take up to 7 business days so seeing as this is the 7th business day I am a little concerned as to why I haven't been contacted or updated. I sent a few emails (no reply) and I have called the numbers I was provided on your website to no avail. My order V100198681. Any assistance in this matter would be graciously appreciated.

    I’m in the same boat as you Christopher. I placed an order on 9/28 and it still shows as “processing”. I’ve emailed, sent messages via the websites contact form, and called. This has never happened with this company before and I’ve been ordering from them for over a year now. I’m extremely upset because they definitely took my money but haven’t even made an attempt to send the product. And now I can’t even get the website to open. WTF?? I’m at a loss. I’m about to contact my bank and the better business bureau. I highly suggest that you and anyone else experiencing this do the same.

    Just wanted to update that they had contacted me via email and it was in my spam folder. It seems that the problem was the juice I ordered was out of stock so I just requested a refund. Now it’s back to the hunt for a tobacco flavored juice I can stand. Super bummed
    I'm really sorry about that, if you're willing to try another flavor that we do have, let me know and I'll give you a hefty discount on it to make it up to you.
