Dang! You all are getting me excited! I'm not a dripper at all. Too lazy. Nothing but cartos.

But, all this talk got me to pull out my LR 306 atty last night to "try again". Dang that was good!

From the sounds of it, you all are saying the IO6 is better!

Can somebody state specifically how the IO6 compares to the LR306? (Sorry I'd somebody already has. But I don't remember it and too lazy (are we seeing a pattern here? :) to read back through the entire thread. )

Great info folks!!!

IMO it performs like a 306 but gives the vape of a 901 :) I will talk to Isaac when he returns from vacation. Knowing that he is a 901 fan, this was probably what he was shooting for. The draw is to die for on these units, smooth and constant.

Well, I am in with my verdict after giving these atomizers some brutal testing. I conclude that they are absloutley almost perfect.

I suppose I will start with the negatives, they are far and few but not always expected. The first thing I noticed is that yes, there is a small ammount of wicking material within the atomizer. The next thing I noticed is a very soapy taste. This is the first time in over a year of vaping I have encountered primer on an IKV atomizer. This, I did not like. It took about 3ml before the taste was completley gone. In trials where the wicking material was removed from the atomizer there was no difference in the primer taste, next time I suppose I will have to find a way around this. And finally, the last thing I noticed was that the atomizer gets very hot very quickly. I would expect this with an atomizer that is putting out so much vapor and power. This is not really a design flaw within this atomizer necessairly but is common to all atomizers in general, this one just heats up a bit more. This causes me to grab two devices and switch them out so I can satisfy myself.

Now for the positives :) I ordered the HV atomizers as these are my favorite. The first thing I notice is the flavor. I start the 3.5ohms atomizer just about 5 volts and work my way up. At 5v the vapor production is good while the vapor itself remains ice cold, smothering my tongue in a blissful cloud of flavor. Amazing. Working my way up to about 5.5v on my Vv device seems to be the sweet spot for me. The cool flavorful vapor is still mostly in tact while the vapor production is definetly increased. A 5 second draw is my cutoff time and when I blow out my vision is blocked for a good few moments. Moving on to a 6v regulated device the BB. With freshly charged batteries ~6.4v this thing is a vapor MACHINE. I can get the same ammount of vapor as 5.5v with only a three second pull. I am REALLY loving the perfect draw with this thing, it is something too hard to describe as I have never experinced something like it before. It is almost like biting into a frank at the baseball field, perfectly cooked. When you first sink your teeth in it is firm and tasty, as your jaw clamps further you get that snap and a perfectly moist and tender center. A very odd comparison. The flavor is slightly diminished at this heat and TH is something I do not care for as I vape 6mg and 0mg liquids. But overall, I am very impressed with this atomizer. I think Isaac really hit the jackpot.

A few other things to note:
- 510 threading makes for a perfect draw and there is no center pin issues with my devices as I had with the 306.
- Drip tip is very nice on the lips, I would love to see a slightly longer one and better yet a cannon tip from Cherry Vape :)
- I wish this i06 came with a radiator so I would not have to let it cool off.
- No leaking issues at all. 3-4 is the magic number and this is the LEAST leaky atomizer I have ever used.

Amazing stuff.

Thanks Scorched--great review. I was fortunate to get one with no primer taste, but because I had read about it. I blew it out well before I began. It does get hot, but because I only got one, I cannot switch out. The flavor and vapor I get is fantastic.

I did start noticing yesterday, that my drops were not making it to the cup for some reason. I got some juice in my mouth, and got a burnt taste. To solve that, I have been taking the dt off to refill, and have had no problems with that. I am an avid Fusion user, but I will buy some more if these when they come off beta.

Overall lightly impressed but certainly not disappointed. Been vaping hv @ 6v for the past 4 days and here it is (note that will be making comparisons with a 306)
1. Draw little lighter than the the 306 (kinda 901 ish but sometimes it's good that way)
2. Throat hit is on par (maybe a little better) than the 306
3. Juice consumption (HOG but what's not a hog at hv vaping)
4. Drip tip (did not really care for it because I normally use a cannon and ming. If Cheryl is listening,Please help us out here)
5. Versatility ( can change out flavors easily except for cinnamon )
6. Construction and durability ( no leakage issues so far, and after 4 days of heavy vaping still running strong)

Minute differences but I don't think that this will sway me from primarily using 306 or 510's for that matter. But with the 306 and 510 lr and hv being sold out most of the time this is a good alternative when picking is slim. Would like to try out the lr version though (had a little SNAFU with the order). Also I will be venturing into the realm of 801's, but that's another story of it's own.

Thanks for your feedback! And just to mention... #4 - there's already something in the works with Cheryl :) At least, that was the last update I had before Isaac went on vacation.

Day 12 with my LR I06 Atty, thing is a beaut for me and still vaping blissfully. I like the bigger size of the 306 and think it is an advantage and I'm now wondering if it couldn't even be made bigger to tell the truth. I am getting some leaking into my provari catch cup but that's no biggie for me I like to use lots of juice and plus its revapable what goes into the well on the Provari but the i06 is just putting out for me vape after vape with huge vapor and great taste !

That's affirmative :) I guess Isaac was pretty confident these would be hitting the shelves. I was talking to him on Fri he is tickled pink with their performance. Who can blame the guy? :)
