Thanks, Torey made it for me. It's just while we're playing a game on the BB threadLove your new avi!
Large, beautiful and clear! Thank you! I hope you are nowhere near the path of hurricane Patricia. I worked at the Ren Faire outside Houston in Plantersville (sp?) for several years. One year, everything was blown away in a tornado! It blew me away!!!"That looks like Walt Disney threw up!". Favorite line from that movie! Here's my butterfly, not sure how big it will show up.

Sitting in the cardiologist waiting room. First time in over three years. I suspect this is not going to be good. Guess we'll find out soon enough. Bet there is another cardiocath in my immediate future. Let you all know when I do.![]()
Walking the hound last winter. Must of been an inch of ice on the street and had a thin coat of snow. One step once I got to the middle and I was on my ..... Bashed the back of my noggin pretty good. All better now I think.Matt was walking Abby and there was lots of ice on the ground. It was just this past winter I believe. Might have been winter before last. Time flies when you're having fun getting old.
Dave's Free Sage Advice: don't throw out your back until you're sure a new one is in stock.

I'm pretty much right in the path. Follow the link, scroll down to the interactive map. Hover over the map, & scroll to zoom in a bit. Now, left click & hold to move the map a little to your right & center Houston in the map. You'll have to zoom in enough to show the smaller towns around Houston. Alvin is directly south of Houston. As the crow flies, 15 miles from Galveston, & 15 from Houston, although if it weren't for city limit signs, no one would know where one stops & the others begin.

The mountains in Mexico are supposed to slow it down, & break up the base, but the top is miles high so may cause the bottom to regroup. If it does, it.s gonna be a dirty storm. Crossing all that desert area & sucking up sand, turning it to mud & dumping it here.Patty asked if Patricia was heading our way. Told her I didn't think so as a storm; possibly a front. All bets are off if da typhoon remnant crosses Mexico and refreshes in da GoM (currently not much of a chance).
BTW, told her I can only cope with one Patricia at a time. Day-um, where did her sense of humor go?!?!![]()
Just heard 15" in parts of Texas thus far, more to come. Caution, ya'll over yonder keep to da high ground!
205 MPH! Can anyone say 'scoured earth''...
