:shock::shock::shock:

Seriously, if you think that's best for you good luck.
@MikeE3 It seems to help I think my COPD and what ever else is wrong with my lungs is progressing rather rapidly. I haven't accomplished it yet but I'm trying to at least cut down. My chest hurts less when I do. I will know more soon had a chest xray and another cat scan on Friday.

Oh and I don't think it is best as far as I'm concerned just like getting off of opioids but they are going to make that impossible, they would rather me be in a wheelchair then let me take them. It's better for me in their opinion. The further I go down the harder it is to walk but heck as long as I'm not contributing to peoples kids ODing on them, which I guess is what the idea is. I don't understand why something that works has to be banned but thats our govt. Why don't they outlaw cigarettes and booze that kills more then anything but it's still ok.

I'm attempting to stop vaping. I tightened one of my Kabuki's down for a perfect MTL and I'm using some 12mg stuff in it so I can just take a puff occasionally and still get my nic fix.
Legs, I'm sorry you're having difficulty with your lungs. Getting your nic fix with a minimum of lung irritation is your goal, no?!

Yes that's it. The Kabiki's work pretty good but would rather have my good old SS coil rebuildable. I think that's where that new Kayfun would come in nice. I much prefer TC also. I emailed eciggity and they said that at this point they are watching it so when the clones come out and are as dependable as the K5's they will get them. For some reason the inserts for MTL on the K5's I didn't care for. I had problems with flooding. These new Primes Busardo said you only open them 1/4 turn, they are very similar to the K5 but the deck is different and of course the AF not even sure if it has dual AF's also a smaller build deck but sufficient for my standby coil. I've also noticed that if I make my juices at a higher nic they definately need a good steep to get it to marry up otherwise just too harsh. I'm using some stuff that I get for Ginny, she likes a milder flavor and 3mg so I order her the one she likes in 12mg and cut it by using 25ml to 75ml of VG/PG so I'm using the straight stuff in my Kabuki.

OK got you now sort of a double duty chair. I'll probably get to a point where I'll put my seatbelt on and take a long ride off a short pier.

Just be sure to phile a 'phloat' plan!

When Nan and I were in Mexico with her sister and her hubby I ran out of pain pills. My fault, I didn't think to get them refilled prior to our vacation. This was a good 10 years ago. I mentioned it to Diane and she said just go to a pharmacy and get what I need. We went to one and were able to get what I needed. Come to find out, you don't need a prescription to give the pharmacist. If you have them and the police or customs stop you, they are the ones you have to show the prescription.:blink:

Well things are not looking good for me now. I'm scared
Results as follows:

" 1. Continued interval increase in size of the left lower lobe
pulmonary nodule, now measuring 1.4 cm in maximum transverse
diameter. This is associated with an endoluminal filling defect
seen within a more medial subsegmental bronchus.

Several other irregular nodular densities in the lateral basilar
portion of the lingula appear similar to slightly smaller.

These findings are worrisome for malignancy. Percutaneous tissue
sampling would be extremely challenging (high risk) given the
cardiac and pulmonary risk factors.

As such, Cardiothoracic surgical consultation is recommended. "

This is not what I was hoping to hear.

Good morning Mr. Dunham,

Please see the message from Dr. Cole below:

+++++
Severe COPD is showing up on your chest X-ray. I have ordered further testing and
again requested that you see a lung specialist.

Also the radiologist is voicing that your CT scan is much more concerning. I
have a call in to Dr. Chaudhry / when I am able to touch base with him, I will
ask that he bring you in right away.
