All call for @tj99959 He hasn't posted since the day before Christmas!!!
Great movie! I have watched it at least twice...Watching a great movie…The Martian…with Matt Damon. It isn't the typical movie I like to watch but it's really enjoyable!
It was my first time. Hubs read the book and he said it was very good and the movie followed it very well.Great movie! I have watched it at least twice...
I've watched and listened to this entire 53 minute concert 4 times over the past few months. Such talent, so entertaining. If you don't agree I'll refund every minute that you spend watching.
Actually my doctor hasn't required me to. She isn't going to be around forever she is 65 and no one else will prescribe them so I'm kind of looking out for myself. Like my doctor/friend said it is the govts new football and they are going to try to make any doc who prescribes them into criminals. Which is criminal in itself.Maybe I've missed your explanation many posts back but I dont understand why you have to keep cutting your pain meds.
Painkillers Can Sometimes Increase Chronic Pain My father was very firm in his rejection of opioid drugs-- he had had dengue fever during WWII. Some call it breakbone fever. Most people know that painkillers can be addictive, but they don't know that taking opioids over a long period of time may in fact increase a patient's sensitivity to pain (hyperalgesia). This happens because long-term use of opiate painkillers causes a decrease in your ability to tolerate pain and an increase in sensitivity to pain. In fact, people taking opioids long term may keep having pain, or may see their pain increase, long after the original cause of pain has healed.
Stopping opioid use can solve this problem—but it may not seem as if the pain is gone at first, because the discomfort of withdrawal can mimic the original pain.
Those young ladies have swing and jazz in their bones. The clarinet player is named Chloe Feoranzo. She's in YouTube videos going back to when she was in grade school in 2005. Here's one from 2011 that's especially good.I book marked this to come back and listen to some of it. Just got around to it. A talented group of musicians for sure.
Sounds mighty good, Bells!I treated myself to some food from D'atargnan. FedEx Overnight brought me a box 5 hours ago. In a couple of hours I'll be able to cross "try Wagyu beef" off my bucket list... I got the Wagyu ground beef patties... expensive, yes, but not compared to the Wagyu steaks! I put a pair of the 8-oz patties in the fridge to thaw as soon as I opened the box.
Also got some duck breasts, truffle butter, and a lamb shoulder. The truffle butter is absolutely awesome. I'm excited! Reserved seating only.
Great link, Flowersoul! I like the free shipping, with $7.50 handling charge. When I do buy calves liver, 1/4 cow, etc. I buy from U.S.Wellness Meats. I don't know how their prices compare to your source, but when I purchase from them, it is a pure treat.
Give a look-see, just for curiosity.
My doc wants me to increase my protein intake. I tried several brands (chocolate), including GNC and Walmart brands and they all taste chaulky to me.
I need advice. Can anyone recommend something that isn't chaulky and comes in a good chocolate favor?
Edit: I should add that I need a protein powder supplement, preferably low calorie.
Thanks, I'll check that out.I have tried several protein supplements and found them mostly nasty, especially the whey based ones. The one I like best is Jay Robb Egg White Protein supplement. I get the vanilla, but they do make a chocolate flavored version. Pricey, but if you can't choke it down, what good is it?
I mix a scoopful with 8 oz of water in a Blender Bottle™ along with a tablespoon of my fiber supplement and it's just fine, both flavor- and texture-wise.
(Something messed up my notifications and I seem to be way behind in reading OFAVBPP7. This has likely been answered many times already.)
Thanks Flower. Actually I use Isopure, like you half a scoop in my cereal (I buy the unflavored). I tried their chocolate but it was so-so. I think I'll try the Jay Robb's chocolate.@Bea-FL Jay Robb is quite good quality!
You may also want to look into 'Isopure'. One of the best tasting and nutrient dense powders out there...akin to Jay Robb.
I only use HALF a scoop cause it provides 25 grams of protein. 110 calories for 1/2 scoop. Their cookies and cream is my absolute favorite!
HERE is the info on the chocolate!
You won't be disappointed! Thanks Flower. Actually I use Isopure, like you half a scoop in my cereal (I buy the unflavored). I tried their chocolate but it was so-so. I think I'll try the Jay Robb's chocolate.
\Hey Deb it’s been awhile. My online time in the Vaping World is limited these days also. Vaping worked for me. I don’t Vape or smoke anymore.
How have you been? Nice to see many of the familiar screen names still.
Question remind me where I could list Rebuildable Supplies on here. I have lots of Cotton of different types, and oil Wire. Might as well give somebody a deal that still Vapes. I moved recently and realized that I was just moving this stuff around that I didn’t use anymore. Just figure it will go to good use in some one else’s possession these days.
Hope everyone is doing well and still enjoying the Hobby. [JUSTIFY_TEXT][/JUSTIFY_TEXT].![]()
I try to post in all my threads equally, but this one usually takes the longest to catch up, so sometimes I leave it for last then I give out before I can get to it. The last two times I got caught up here it wouldn't let me post my quotes. One time was when everyone was getting an error msg, the next time I could post a single post, but not more than that even with refreshing and restarting the computer. Will see what happens this timeYou're more apt to find Debadoo hanging out here...

Miss em both, but have at least seen Matt post a few times. Really miss GaryGary sounded good also. Still the same old Gary had to decipher his messages. Good to talk to them. Matt said he will be back around soon.
Soooooooo glad they were much easier on you than you thought they'd be and that they are done now. I thought you had only 3, but saw you'd posted a 4th one. Prayers that the scan in a couple three months is clear! So sorry to hear you're losing weight again. Huge hugs for you and Ginny!Wow that’s a piece of cake on my way home just like having a long ct
I'm with you, I chose comfort over fashion a long time ago. But with those boots, sounds like you'll be comfy and look good too!I just bought some fleece-lined leggings in brown and olive to go with them. I have three pairs, black and grey to go with my black boots; one is yoga pants, which I have to wear with long-johns. Contrary to @Uncle Willie 's dislike for them, I am in the process of a wardrobe changeover from t-shirts and jeans to leggings and long tops. Jeans bind at the waist, and I need more kinesthetic/tactile feedback for my lower legs. Leggings are not just to show off one's eye-attracting figure. LOL! And, of course, boots provide support for weak ankles.
Loved Hardees when I was a kid!Had lunch at Hardees
Wahooooooooo!!!!!!!!! I am so thrilled to hear this!!! Have worried so much about you runnin around the country in that other van. Such a relief to know you're in a safer vehicle!!my NEW WHEELS!!! 2013 Dodge Grand Caravan, 78,000 miles. Dual air (front and rear, so the dogs get their own air conditioner), stow n go seating, front air - shotgun passenger has their own control from the driver, everything works!! It's a base model, but the base features are more than I need! Radio controls in the steering wheel, heck, I don't even know all the features! Pups have a new chariot, and I will feel so much safer. Finally!
JUP!!!! The Panthers certainly had a great season. Buncha years ago my Dolphins coulda had Cam Newton for fairly cheap, but the idjits in the front office decided he was too old and injured to be any good anymore........ how bout that now?? I'm sure he's glad they decided that though. Now my only hope is that somebody, anybody, beats the Patriots before they win it all again.
Chocolate covered cherries will make ya do lots of things! They are my absolute favorite flavor profile when it comes to sweets. But the only kind I like are Cella's with the 100% liquid center. I can't deal with the cream the others have. Cella's are hard to come by in the box. I did find em a few years ago at Target at Christmas time.the chocolate covered cherry made me do it.
So very thrilled to hear this also!!! I know the road to wellness is far from over, but am so thrilled he's so much better!!An update on hubby's heart condition....c/p to the Lounge

While he is not totally out of the woods we are beginning to see some daylight......EF factor increased from 15% to 25%.
Now, 25% is pretty low by any standards, but believe me, we were smiling from ear to ear with those results. He will continue to wear the Life Vest for another month, and if the EF increases to 35%.....the doctor said there will be no implant necessary......my prayers continue for the 40-50% range. His weight, when this all began, plummeted to 149 and he is now 164!![]()
This virus truly took its toll on my man's heart, but we are indescribably grateful that the healing is finally progressing.
JUP! Love that show, but am fairly certain they are gonna break my heart on the next oneAs usual, the latest episode of This Is Us completely blew me away.
based on yours and dave's reviews, I looked it up. No go on Netflix, and only on Amazon with an HBO subscription. But I watched the trailer and it looked really great.Hacksaw Ridge is excellent just watched it again the other day.
Everyone I've heard who has one loves it. Would love to have one of those or just a regular pressure cooker. They seem so much safer than the ones back in the day. I remember one of my stepmom's using hers a lot......it always sounded vicious when that rocker thingy really got goinMy DIL got an Instant Pot for Christmas
that is so wonderful to hear!! So many older and disabled folks need help with so many things, and there are so many kids today who really need to do a lil helping to appreciate all they have. It's great to see the neighbors' kids out shoveling their sick and elderly neighbors homes. Kids are getting bored with so much time off lately.
I'll zig zag them and tell em exactly what they can do with their french chalk!
First zipper I ever put in was absolutely gorgeous!! I was 13 and making a skirt. It was straight, the flaps laid down perfectly, I was beyond thrilled!!....... went to put the skirt on........found out it zipped from the top down on the inside of the skirt!Maybe I should have used it if it would have helped me put in zippers.
Jup.....fabric and patterns cost so much, but if I could sew, at least for the money I'd get exactly what I wanted. I'd rather be beaten than go clothes shopping. It used to be cheaper to sew your own clothes, but the cost of fabric these days is crazy.
hehehe don't tell me that. Haven't had em in a long time, but I have the same issue with Walmart's cheapo Iced Oatmeal cookies.By the way, as long as Aldi sells packages of chocolate mint cookies for $0.95, I don't have to worry that my waist will get too small for my britches.
For my experience having been on them long term, then coming off them.....I did recognize the hyperalgesic pain that stopped when I went off them, but it was nothing compared to the pain that I was taking them for. I had to go off them when they went schedule II Pain clinic has me back on them now and I can at least function a little better with them. That being said.......if you can go without them that's much better than being on them.Legs, be comforted.
Painkillers Can Sometimes Increase Chronic Pain My father was very firm in his rejection of opioid drugs-- he had had dengue fever during WWII. Some call it breakbone fever.
oh......I had some of that at Susan's (seapeach) and it was wonderful. I was astounded at the flavor of the broccoli even that she got at whole foods. Our nearest one is about an hour from here in Austin.Because our store carries non-GMO grass fed beef, etc. I've been purchasing there.
Have worried so much about you runnin around the country in that other van. Such a relief to know you're in a safer vehicle!!
You know what I actually agree. But I think they have there place in medicine.Legs, be comforted.

He's probably right.Legs, be comforted.
