We have a combo microwave and convection oven in our motorhome and the whole inside is metal. I wonder how that works?Unsolved mystery in our house:
So you can't put metal in a microwave oven. But the rack is made of metal. So what kind of metal is the rack?

Kryptonite is actually the best coil material.

Can I bring an OT problem to the group. I'm having serious hearing aid problems with both clarity and extraneous noise. My right one sounds like a 747 on takeoff roll just driving down the road. Don't mention a restaurant environment. I talked to the Liberty lady at Sam's, and truly, she makes the brand sound too good to be true. Does anyone here have any personal experience with the brand, especially if they can compare it to a different brand? I'm currently using a GN Resound that's supposed to be pretty good.
Thanks for the link. I've actually been a member of that forum for a few years, but apparently haven't made good use of it. Still, nobody came out and said this just blew the others off the table. I guess the fall back position is the trial period. I think the trial (full refund) period is down to 30 days not, but I've probably had enough experience with GN that will be enough. Since my current aids still function, I'm going to have to see more than a boarder line improvement before I plunk down something north of 30 grand.I found this from 2013....Liberty Hearing Aids (Sam's Club)...let's hear about your experience... it will help?
I was amazed but my Veloster came with a built in 500 watt inverter. Just push a button on the dash, open the console and plug in. Pretty cool. Kind of underpowered but for most small items.including a laptop it works fine. Just gotta watch out on the laptops. Some of them really don't like modified square wave inverters.I just got a 2000 watt inverter and mounted in under the hood in my truck with a starter solenoid type of power connection for it. Run my tools wherever I can get my truck. Otherwise in my workshop.
I think mine (Ryobi) do as well. I don't have a dead one to cut open to find out but, as soon as one dies I plan on checking it out. Definately not a cheap way to get 18650s. A high capacity One + batteries can go. For around $100 depending on where you get it.The dewalt lithium packs have 18650's in them.
