@Debadoo I did the quote thing all wrong.

Hold the phone Nelly! It aint that bad! Sorry ya ordered the wrong thing. Hope you really like the juices though. Never tried any hangsen, but am glad to know they are super lightly flavored, that means I probably won't try them. I need stronger flavors.

No sweets, they have their regular juice then a section of what they call "concentrated" which I'm guessing is like what some places call "extra shots" so I think it will be stronger flavored juices.

Hangsen is reputed to have really good tobacco flavors.

I'll have to get me some concentrates from Bull City.

Back when I was still smoking a few a day while vaping my taste buds were shot. I looked for juices with flavor and found few that fit the bill.

A while after I quit smoking I started noticing the subtle flavors in juices that I had never noticed.

Hangsen is just slightly under flavored, but it's better to me than most of the juices I try from vendors. Even the ITC juice I tried last night became a little obnoxious with the stronger flavor. After one tank I went back to my Hangsen USA. I could still taste the flavor from the ITC even after washing and dry burning and replacing the wick. The residue in the tank itself was enough to sense.

I guess I'll have to recalibrate my taste buds with the ITC Vapes juice and its stronger flavors. Right now, I'm thinking I'll be using it as an additive to my Hangsen. One is too light and the other is on the strong side of flavoring. Mixing will balance it out.

Other than the stronger flavor, it's good juice. And, you can't beat the price for 120ml sizes (unless you DIY).

My Smok Koopor Plus 200W drains the batteries down to 2.9v before declaring a battery replacement. I'm more comfortable charging them at 3.5v, so I take them out when the Smok battery graph says about 1/3 left.

Mooch says that it doesn't hurt to run them to 2.9v. Charge rates start out high and then taper off as the battery charges to completion. I also run the charger at .5A most of the time for a slow charge.
with a mech I just change mine below 3.9 cuz that's when the vape starts being not as good anymore. But I have gone down to 3.7 before that happens on occasion.

Ok, I'll put the slide somewhere without the rock wall. Slippey sliddin with Wesson sounds kinky.

To make it a lil closer to being vape related I should use VG.
hehehe so good to see ya back! Missed ya!!

My taster buds never really did come back. Either that or they weren't that damaged from 36+ years of smoking. But that's not likely

Mine started to return pretty quickly after I quit smoking, but I've always had allergies to certain types of Spring pollen. I know that my sense of smell has peaked when I can walk outside and sense all the fragrances of Spring and Summer.

That doesn't happen that often. I complained about the lack of flavoring in juices until I quit the cigs. Now, I'm wanting juices that are lower in flavor, though. I'm good with subtlety in flavorings these days.

Before I started DIY Hangsen USA was my favorite.

I've found that I can drop my vape from 10W to 6 watts and it's about right in flavor and vapor with ITC Vapes juices. Maybe that's a good thing. Lately, I've been going through juice more rapidly at 10W. I can conserve juice and stretch it out at 6W or 7W with the Koopor Plus strength setting on Max or Hard instead of the Soft setting at 10W I was using with Hangsen juice.

Got it, now. Thank you, Iffy!

Might've been convoluted, but it made sense to me :). I was just surprised to learn that the BB batts are in a series. Who'd a thunk?!

Yep, apparently they stack the batteries in series so that they can just use a regulator to bring the voltage down instead of putting in a circuit board or a kick to boost the voltage. It's easier and requires less space and fewer components to regulate the voltage down than it does to boost a voltage higher. :) Fewer components also means there are fewer things that can fail. They wuz usin' their noggins! :D

Not for me! Without your explanation I'd have had no idea what I was looking at!

Well, then I guess it's a good thing that Iffy and I teamed up on da explainin' then! ;)

Odd that my Koopor Plus 200W has batteries in series but uses a buck and boost converter to control voltage. I guess it's easier to buck than boost. Battery life isn't what I expected from dual 18650's.

Typically, yes, it is easier to buck than it is to boost. Shorter battery life than you might have expected also has a fairly simple explanation. Buck circuits step down voltages while stepping up currents. By stepping up the current you are also draining the battery a bit faster than you would if there were no buck circuit. :)

I noticed the same thing. What once was great flavor became too much the longer I was away from cgs. I'm still going thru taste changes.

yeah I do that too, cept opposite. Mine go to the left of the thing I keep em in when charged. I have 5 batts and can charge 4, and my batt case holds 4. I have to get new batts and should be able to come July. I will most likely get lg hg 2's I'm on a mech, so a fresh batt with my build is about 13 watts, goes down to about 11 as the batt drains.......I change it when it gets below 3.9
Mine are numbered. I just charge h put it in a batt box & go to the next number. Married batts are alphabetized.

See ... told ya dyslexics do things backward. I put mine in the tray R to L.

I use AW 18490s almost exclusively, and they "plateau" at 3.7-.6 (that's why they're called 3.7v batteries) ... If I swapped them out at 3.9, I would only get about 3 puffs out of a charge. I just build for 3.7-6, and enjoy about half a day's worth of vaping.

hehehe I do a lotta stuff backwards too. lol on the 3 puffs. I've tried lower builds but just don't like em. Now I may try a single coil lower build and see what I think. But my fruity juices tend to not like being heated much! lol

My "normal build" (in an A7) is 1.8 ohms.
