Here it is.

Struck with insomnia again I gave that knot a try tonight. Here's the results:

From the pic the silver wire took the place of the blue color rope and 32 ga kanthal took the place of the yellow. I tried my best to tighten it thoroughly without snapping the wire. Even though it was pretty tight it still slid a little when the wires were pushed towards the knot.


Here's a regular twist I did after for comparison:

I also made myself a zapper but I'll be darned if I can get one good wield out of twenty. The first time I used my zapper I got three somewhat good wields of 30ga silver to .1mmx.3mm kanthal ribbon fairly quickly. Out of those three "good" wields two broke while winding the coil and the third held up and vapes until the wick got cruddy (yes cruddy is a technical term lol). After that initial first try I haven't had the best of luck with it on round kanthal and haven't tried the ribbon again. I guess I should probably spend some time in the zapper thread.


I'm thinking next time I take the coil making supplies out I'm going to try a surgeons knot, see how that pans out.

Off topics and I'm sorry but since we're a family and love is all around us - our failures and accomplishments are all of ours to share - can anyone tell me where is the best place to get a clear euphoria tank? I love the term so much I don't think I want to use anything else besides silica tanks like these - the mister-hybrid looks amazing !

Wow that's awesome - my issue is that I can gauge wire length whenever I try to do loops / since I precut the R wire I end up using too much of it - but ill give myself some play and try again

Also it says spare clear tank for ice clear is 5 euro but the ice clear window plus extra threading since its longer is 17$ so I'm confused if I can just get the ice clear tank or do I need to get the v3 kit?

I think if I just get the tank it won't fit since it says its longer and requires that adapter from the 17$ kit

This is what I use to increase the size of the channel of the Terminator's ceramic, it doesn't take that long so don't get in a hurry, maybe 10 - 15 min. I have not broken one yet.

I may have mastered the leaking/gurgling bit in the Term, but not nearly so with my nr-r-nr joints. Now it's fluctuating ohms that are driving me nuts. My perfect, leak-free setups are getting sabotaged by weak joints. Always something with me.

Has anybody tried this, and to what end?

For anyone not wanting to go through the whole vid, it shows setting up an oddy with only 1 nr wire for the positive connection, attached to an unoxidized ss wick used for the ground AND wick... no coils! Need a V2 for this. Seemed like insanity to me until I saw the conclusion of the vid.

Because of my headaches with the joints, I had to try this last night. When it was complete, it was only .4ohms... too low for me. It did fire. I put juice on it and it produced good steam. I put the mouthpiece on and went to test-vape it as a dripper without the tank - like bishopheals did - and it simply stopped firing. I Don't know why. Opinions?

I might try it again. I need to make the wick thinner, as it got crushed and flattened a little when threading the housing. 45mm width was too much. 30mm should do it. And I've got to get the ohms up. The wick reached all the way down to the bottom of the channel. Suggestions please?

I got a nice tight twist of the nr wire onto the end of the ss wick by locking the ends in the chock of my drill and turning slowly. Worked beautifully, but as you can see, the wick got a little reviled in the housing, so thinner is better. Do you think a thinner wick will make for higher ohms?

The most important question: do you think this is dangerous in any way, even if you get the ohms around 1?

Usually it's the NR wrapped around the wick leg is causing a bad connection but not always. Your knots would have to be pretty bad to be having a problem there at least until dry burned.
Safe? I never tried it.

Hello all,

Can you help me with this filling puzzle? Currently when I fill my large Terminator, not the full size 7ml, I feel like there are bubble inside that blocking the refilling. I know it suppose to told 2.5ml to 3ml, but right now, it hold like 1ml top. Have anyone have this issue?

I close the juice control, fill 'er up, then open the juice control slowly until the level in the tank drops a bit, then top 'er off and stick the caps on.

With high VG in particular sometimes it takes a nudge to get the juice flowing past the bottleneck of the mouthpiece base, even with the knurling ground off.

My Term c v2 just shipped, so I'm probably not going to upgrade it right away, but do you have some info you can post or PM me with. I gave it a few quick googles and didn't come up with much.

Only thing Is term C is required - can't use it in short mode - I was so happy to get that until I read short mode no Bueno - not sure why but I guess the pieces are too long ? When I say short mode I mean a regular terminator won't work with it - need a term C but IMo the term C is too big and long - same reason I didn't like the kayfun in full mode - it's like walking around with a big dildo on top of an already dildo looking mod - lol

I get that bubble too / I fill and them open juice control let the juice settle and then fill again and the bubble is gone - I also fill more after I've put the top tank on and before I put the o ring and top screw - you can get another mil in there - then I put on O ring and top screw

Forgot to add I'm using 70/30 VG and I have same problem - it won't fit down the sides lol - I'm using a syringe too ! Sometimes I move the mouth piece left and right and then the suction happens and it sucks the juice down - it's def a pain . I also get dry hits with 70 VG unless I have the juice control turned like. 4 fill rotations and then I'm ok

I have to watch that because I'm seriously at a loss at how you can vape that without coils on the mesh - makes no sense what so ever - I can't even think of anything close to why or how that would vape ? Ill watch video and report my stupidity back
