Innokin mods seem to have the smoothest signal of any mod I've ever vaped. Probably similar to a Provari (though I've never vaped a Provari to compare).

it may go up when using the coil as the wire would run hotter I would think due to the gunk insulating it from the liquid in the wick.
Same here, Robert. I just can't see dropping a couple hundred on a mod when I could buy 5 or 6 - or 10 - Innokins for the same price and get a nice quality vape. But I respect those who have them and love them.

In fact... I brought TWO! I'd bring three if I could pursuade my husband to knock it off with those silly coins. I'll say this for that hobby, though... back in 2009 when things got really dire around the homestead... his coin collection helped pay the electric bill. Much better to save actual currency than something silly like rocks or stamps. Andria
But kanthal resistivity changes too little when it is heated (about 1-2% compared to room temperature resistivity).

My stainless vv3 was my very first "real" vaping thing, post-cigalikes (which actually got me to quit smoking, but those eRolls sure don't hold much, either liquid juice or the electric kind!). I know some of you haven't had any problems with the vv3's collapsing 510 pin, and for a long time, I didn't either... but eventually all 3 of mine began suffering that problem, so I stuck them in the drawer for "extreme backup." They still work, they're just annoying with having to pop the 510 pin upwards when I put anything new on them.
Thankfully, Innokin solved that problem with the CF4's.

Just got my second VV3. Along with a 50 ml bottle of Hangsen Desert Ship flavoring. And a few other flavors.One of my first setups was the VV3 with AeroTank
Anyone use FA brown sugar extract? Smells strong and would seem to be a coil killer?
Will you be using the Desert Ship straight up or mixing it with something else. I have several tobacco flavours but even though I mix I'm never quite pleased with them. Maybe I just don't like tobacco flavours.
