I am new to the city I just moved to and laws changed where you now gotta be 21+ to buy nicotine products. I won’t be able to pass age verification. Requesting refund and closing of my order. Much apologies. Where I lived previously it was still 18+ to buy nicotine. I’m 20 years old. I’d really appreciate the help. Very frustrated now.

@low_tar_neil Hello? I had my order shipped to an address where I will only be for a short while over the holiday...I really would appreciate a response and some sort of confirmation that my order has been shipped. It said I would receive within 3-7 days. I had it ordered 11/20 so that would mean by 11/27. Please get back to me I spent the last of my $ on this. I cant afford to try and place another order. @low_tar_neil I would much rather prefer my order to be shipped instead of a refund if it will be here in a timely fashion. Preferably within the 3-7 days that was specified when i placed the order. Order #V100222166 If you could please send a confirmation with a tracking number and current location to my email along with your reply here that would be greatly appreciated.

    Not yet. Still says processing? Not sure what that means? I have never used vaping.com before. I ordered on 11/15, seems like a long time for processing. Not sure though, like I said, never ordered here before.

    Have any of you guys received your order?

    I haven't gotten mine yet. CS did email me and said it's "shipped and in transit". However, they didn't give me a tracking#. if i check my order on the site, it still shows processing. It's odd that CS would say it's in transit, yet not provide a tracking#. i paid for priority shipping, so there should have been one.

    note: low_tar_neil did refund my shipping costs.

    if your billing address is different from your shipping address, they may have shipped it to your billing address. it just happened to me. my billing is in IL and shipping is to MN (i'm in MN for a few months for work). i'll give you 3 guesses where they shipped my order, but you're only gonna need one. i double checked my order and the shipping address is clearly listed as the MN address.

    Hi Damien, yes unfortunately you did fail age verification, sorry but there's not much I can do about that, I hope you understand, your fees have been refunded and should be back with you soon.

    Yes, some orders are not getting automatically updated with shipping, I'm really sorry, which has meant they've been shipped manually which unfortunately has meant someone shipped it to the wrong address. What can I do to make it up to you? I'm happy to refund it.

    This is just a inquiry. I'm not going to make a thread :) I see that vaping.com has the Aspire Mulus listed and OOS. When do you/your entity expects a estimated time of arrival on this product? In addition, I never ordered from this site. Is the software for ID manual or ? Thank you for your response.
    Hi there, I will try and find out! ID verification at first takes place automatically, checking your name and address against public records, if that fails then you can submit your ID for manual verification, but it must have the shipping address on it.
