Our favorite restaurant had about 15 customers on what normally would have been its busiest night of the week. I almost think they only stayed open because they knew we were coming. We eat there twice a week, and have been doing so for over 30 years. The owner lets me vape although it is illegal under local law. In return, I stealth vape - no visible vapor from me - so as to not get him in trouble for letting me vape.
Indeed it was! Foley threw a TD pass and even received a TD pass, not too shabby for a backup quarterback.
I was hoping all the Pat's would be healthy and in the game so that it would be a fair and square whooping. And It Was!!
Went to bed very late last night, or rather very early this morning, so am draggin......watched the game donning my 'Sheppard 26' jersey, and we all overate, and enjoyed every morsel.
Eagles backup quarterback Foles did us proud! What an exciting game it was, and actually was a bit unnerving, especially in the last quarter.
Jup, I am too, although not as much as you. I dunno that's true, but I've heard it enough that I believe it. And I do get the concept of things needing something else to work in a particular way. You can lots of hydrogen, and lots of oxygen, but if ya don't put em together right, you'll never get water.
I LOVE Johnny Depp! It's never been on that interested me, but I have watched several Johnny Depp movies that I would never have watched had it been anyone else, and thoroughly enjoyed them.
Jup. I DVR nearly everything, so a lotta things get spoiled for me, unless I just stay offline. But can't expect folks not to talk about it, especially when it's the SB. But I did watch the SB live, and luckily my son had the night off unexpectedly to get to watch it! Been awhile since we've been able to see one live together. We went to his in laws and had yummies. Sooooooooooooo proud of the Eagles!!! Loved it when they pulled off the same play that the patriots tried to do but brady couldn't catch the ball! I was even impressed with the fairly even play calling. Didn't seem like the refs were totally on the patriots pay roll for this game.
lmao........I told the gang that usually folks are waiting for commercials to get food or go potty but during the SB you go during the game so you don't miss the commercials. I'm sure you're not the one to ask, so this is going out to all.........am I mistaken or was there not a new Clydesdale commercial this year? I looked it up and saw the one with the lost dog, but pretty sure I saw that one last year.
newp........what city do they play for?
They played the old one during memories of the SB commercials from the past - they actually replayed a good many of the oldies but goodies...
