Let me recommend an extremely oddball Depp movie: Dead Man (dir.: Jim Jarmusch 1995). For fun, also Dark Shadows (dir.: Tim Burton 2012).
I think that's redundant.
I suspect that Dead Man sets new standards for Depp oddity. (All Jim Jarmusch's films do this as well.) Check out Down By Law, Mystery Train, and Ghost Dog: The Way of the Samurai. All terrific movies; all a bit strange and disturbing.
Moulard Magret half duck breast, 14 oz:
I cooked to recommended 130 degrees F but it's not well done enough for me. The slices I had were delicious but the slices I will have in the future will be cooked more. Mmmm.
Crosshatch the skin side:
Put in skillet fat side down:
Drain the duck fat a couple of times for future use, flip to flesh side, and cook to internal temp of 130 F.
Let cool for a couple of minutes, then slice:
Eat some and put rest in fridge for later:

If you say so. Eager for my nap at 1:00. This flare-up of sciatica is getting better, but still discouraging. I got a warning from a friend last night that our kind of sciatica, left untreated, could have some serious complications.
