Help!! Anybody here have a 4k Smart TV? Love it? Hate it? Nightmare to operate?

Love it! I got a swivel wall mount for it so I can swing it to watch from bed or from desk chair. Hanging it freed up some dresser top space, too.

Thanks Dave.... I couldn't afford one as big as either of yours and no wall in my apartment to place one that large....however....there's a 43" Samsung 4k Smart TV that will be arriving here on Wednesday.... I'm so excited...

Well....I do have Amazon Prime and Netflix.....and if that owl that I love to watch decides to set her fluffy .... down in the nest and stay there next season, I'll be able to see every feather and hear every hoot via YouTube....

I'm so glad you were able to upgrade! You will love it! I just got mine last Labor Day. It's a 49" LG HD LED 4k. Whatever. It's hooked up to my cable & wifi, so I get Prime, Netflix, & plenty to watch. It's on all but about 4 or 5 hours a day. The bigger screen than my old analog is such a luxury!

Heh. I, too, opened both my eyes this morning, but at 11AM I am going in for my first cataract surgery. Wish me luck and that I will be able to open both eyes a few days from now with improved vision in my right eye. (Then it's wait a couple of weeks and get the left eye done.)

You will be absolutely fine......vision will be so improved, you'll be amazed!

Janet had her 2nd eye done last week. She says she is seeing;

Colors - better, more vivid
Distance vision - better, can watch TV across the room just fine w/o glasses
Night time driving - better, no star bursts from oncoming traffic

I think that I made a post here about realizing how much better HD TV was after I got mine done... I never understood the hype before...

Mine had that gritty feel for about a month. I gather it's a lot less for most people
