Everything is so so. I've been talking to people like me with chronic pain syndrome and finding out how they are considering handling the situation with the govt ridiculous answer to things by cutting back on Rx's. People like me don't have a lot of alternatives. 1 is trying to do it and dealing with the debilitating withdrawal from long time use, especially with many other health conditions, this is with the older Americans. 2 is trying to obtain the meds illegally and chancing doing what Prince did. He didn't want people to know he was using them so he relied on his inner circle to get them and took fake Percocet which turned out to be Tylenol laced with Fentanyl, illegal stuff from China or Mexico and OD. 3 is treatment in a facility that will take Medicare which does not address the problem and have medical detox with psycological help available. Those kind of places only exist for people with AAA insurance or a lot of money and #4 which surprisingly many are considering a viable alternative, that is suicide. Not at the top of my list. Overwhelmingly people feel like it is not a political decision to make. If you had appendicitice would you call your senator?.

It makes for a lot of stress. I don't really know what I'm going to do. I'm smoking about 3 cigs a day. I tried Kratom which I could tell helped a little but my system absorbs so little that the full effect didn't get there before it was out. I tried drinking a few beers and it made me feel sick. If they go through with what they are planning I will be in deep do do.

Other then that I'm trying to keep my mind busy with other things but the cut hasn't hit me yet so I'm worrying about something that hasn't happened but is very likely to be.

Did you get the extension for the Symbicort. Was at the VA the other day and they gave me one. Seems the Symbicort comes out so fast most gets on your throat and not in your lungs and this takes care of that. The Albuterol made theirs so it comes out slow so you don't need it for that. Seems to work well.
There you are! Been worried about you! Everything ok?

You know you can get kratom ejuice & vape it. That would stay in your system longer.

Well I just got back from Cyberknife and the good news is the spot they were worried about is nothing. Emphazima is still bad. Bad thing I lost 4 more pounds so I'm at 127.5 with prosthetics. That is not good. I must not be absorbin even 50% of what I take in. Don't know how low I can get without it having some bad effects, worse then what they are. So since my highest weight of 298 I've lost 170 lbs.

Well that is good news about "the spot". One less thing for you to worry yourself about. Cripes, you were 298 at one time

That's great news. Does it mean that they didn't need to do the cyber knife treatment?

Surely hoping that your absorption level increases!

Yep I was a big old boy. That was my highest. After the very first stomach surgery which was done in the late 80's when this type of thing was very new, It was called stomach stapling, I got down to around 190 but after 10 years I was so tired of only being able to eat about 2 shot glasses of food I had it reversed. It was completely reversible, no bypasses or any other things. Then I started gaining again with my new found ability to eat. It felt so good to eat normally again but I shot up.

That's great news. Does it mean that they didn't need to do the cyber knife treatment?
It means they don't have to do another one. This nodule is not growing like the other was.

It won't. I talked to my doctor friend and he is in the process of relocating to the Denver, SLC area. Once he get established he would still like to do the revision if my cardiologist thinks I'll live through it. He wouldn't have to cut too deep, could probably use psychic surgery LOL. Don't know for sure I want to chance it tho.

This is a pic of what I have now.
GetImage.aspx

As you can see most of the stomach has been removed, the intestine that carries the digestive juices comes in slightly ahead of the large intestine, so that food is absorbed only thru the short distance ahead of the large intestine.

What they do is move the digestive juice intestine further up the small intestine so that they come in closer to the stomach so you absorb more. The small intestine is where absorbtion takes place.

The length of the area where digestion takes place on my surgery is 75cm he wants to move it so that it is more like 150-200cm giving me way more absorbtion but not so much I would get up to 298 again.

That would be good as long as cardio agrees you can stand it.

Yes he was and she said it was really quick, seemed like just a couple minutes after her spinal block took effect. His name is
Jash Patrick Charles Bradley, Jash from the Bible, Patrick well you know, Charles for his dads name.
