A happy day to all mothers and anybody who ever had one!
Tiniest asparagus I've ever had, from a couple of months ago. One pound had 83 spears... yes, I counted them as I broke off the ends. It was good despite the puniness.
Fattest asparagus I ever had was today. One pound had 19 spears. It was likewise very tasty.
My creative juices were flowing. Chicken breast cooked in beef stock and the water that steamed the asparagus, with lots of black pepper and turmeric. Canned organic diced tomatoes, and the flourish: honey drizzled lightly onto it.
That agent needs a serious attitude adjustment.I was annoyed and very respectfully mentioned to the one agent that I fly Southwest a lot and have never run into this problem. He just told me that they don't make as much money as Delta did. Arrrrrrgh!
Why couldn't the first one of you to board save the adjacent seat for your spouse? That's what Southwest does. You still board by zones, but your boarding ticket gives you a number and people line up in order and choose whatever seat they want when they board. It works great.
If you have to ask, you can't afford it. It's ridiculously expensive.I wonder how much more expensive it would be to charter a private airline.
I fly less than once every two years but I am a Known Traveler. It comes in very handy at the big and busy hubs. Smaller airports not so much. I've only flown Delta on my last 5 flights, going back to 2006.Because we traveled so much we got a Known Traveler Number.
