YEP - The one & only that I know so well . . .
Was going there since HS to hangout there and see the "Drag" shows at the Prelude/Chartweel (which burned down a few years ago) on the weekends - well over 40 years ago. . . Matter of fact, not only did "My" Sister (who just died this past June) & BIL have a home in Lambertville for over 20 years - then moved to Frenchtown (right on the river) for another 20, I live (both in Lambertville/New Hope) & worked there a few years and still have a few friends that I was visiting there every 5 weeks, since I moved to Florida and was traveling back & forth to Philadelphia/NYC too . . . Anyway, think that is more then enough reminiscing for now . . .
Yep, the 'shows' were good. We used to hang on the church steps and 'people' watch. That of catch a few brews (and likely other relaxants) listening to good music at John and Peters. If I recall correctly we had our wedding rings made by a jeweler in New Hope. Janet will correct me if I'm wrong.

Son and DIL are OK in Tallahassee. Tree branches down, no power or cell service, but all good. Whew! A great birthday present!
What a miserable day this was. Ginny was really feeling bad and I let her talk me into not taking her in. My legs are killing me. I gotta go back and find those places to get help. I'm really beat. I thought I was going to be able to handle this but today I realized I can't keep up by myself. I'm really in over my head. Found that out today, She was really bad today and I just can't keep up. Let her talk me into not taking her in. Guess I won't be much help if I can't keep this up. Just hoping she feels a little better tomorrow.

@Iffy .....Is your area safe from this hurricane? Worried about your family, and Semi and wife as it's headed for Georgia too....
We dodged two of the larger 'dirty side bands' and only got 'bout 1/4" of rain and stiff breezes.
Am a lil' worried 'bout Phil and bride. They're in Warner-Robbins. They're suppose to have 'round 55 mph winds. Gonna call and check up on 'em later today.

Yes, my cousin who lives in Alaska was in a hurry to get back home before travel gets unsafe. I guess he just made it. Stayed late because of his FIL's 90th birthday.
Well we don't usually get this before Halloween when all of the parents have to figure out how to incorporate winter boots and coats into the cute costumes.
