Son and DIL are OK in Tallahassee. Tree branches down, no power or cell service, but all good. Whew! A great birthday present!

Glad you came thru ok! We have so many that were in the path of this monster. Waiting for more check ins!

What a miserable day this was. Ginny was really feeling bad and I let her talk me into not taking her in. My legs are killing me. I gotta go back and find those places to get help. I'm really beat. I thought I was going to be able to handle this but today I realized I can't keep up by myself. I'm really in over my head. Found that out today, She was really bad today and I just can't keep up. Let her talk me into not taking her in. Guess I won't be much help if I can't keep this up. Just hoping she feels a little better tomorrow.

I guess I'm not as strong as I thought I was, I am beat, I don't even think I've eaten anything working on that now.

Get. Some. Help!

We dodged two of the larger 'dirty side bands' and only got 'bout 1/4" of rain and stiff breezes.

Am a lil' worried 'bout Phil and bride. They're in Warner-Robbins. They're suppose to have 'round 55 mph winds. Gonna call and check up on 'em later today.

One thing in life that I really hate is a thief! This morning I decided I would do one final mowing of my yard. I went to our side shed and moved my riding mower to the other side of the house next to the outside garage door. My routine is to check tire pressure then top off the gas in the mower. I was checking the air pressure and looked up. What the heck! My 5-gallon gas can wasn't where I keep it and the 1-gallon can that has the 50/1 mixture for my edger was also gone. Between the two there was probably 3-gallons of gas. It is just the fact that someone came inside my fenced yard and stole from me. I am very tempted to put another gallon of gas there with sugar in it and hope they steal it too.

Sheesh. Seems I'm late on everything. Been a little hectic around here. Man, 2 year olds are really active! How did I ever do it with 2 of them!! Guess the problem is that he's 2 years old. They really don't know how to play by themselves for more than 5 minutes. He needs a playmate - maybe I can rent one from somewhere in the neighborhood.
