Say does anyone know anything about VooPoo they sure are hitting the market with a lot of diff mods. I don't care for their name. Sounds cheap to me.
I wouldn't think that would be the case with these High $$$ mods. Lost Vapes 2 battery DNA75C starts around $130 even the hcigar DNA75DT is over $100 so not cheap. But you can barely find anyone not in China who has them. Some of the SX's are being made by Varitube but still make it as an SX. The cheap ones are like $125 and some of those are available but they are nice. You can get them all pretty much from China just not in US. Just seems strange to me, I know they are popular but China doesn't seem to be keeping up. Who knows just an observation.vaping innovations have rendered our ol' 'stuphph' minimally prophitable (at da manuphacturing level).
Has nuttin' to do wid tariphphs. Dat only aphphects pricing; not availability.
I'm willing to bet the mod will never be back in stock from that vendor at that price.I got mine for $29.95, but I'm thinking that may have been an introductory price to get the mod in more hands. They have been out of stock for a while since I got mine. Keep checking and maybe there will be new stock for that price.
Geek Vape AEGIS 100W Box Mod - $29.99
There's my reason for wanting the manufacturer to include the proper tool with the mod in the first place, but hopefully I can find a Torx bit that small for less than that. The smallest of my 8 Torx bits is way too big.Amazon has these nice little multi-drivers that include Torx drivers down to the T6 size for about $22
Well, it's twelve bits (six of them Torx™ from 6 to 15 or 20) combined in a jewelers precision screwdriver format, but I see your point. You can get a single "L-key" format T6 driver from McMaster-Carr for $3.22, but shipping on such a small order would be a deal killer. I'd say that about half the things I buy that use small Torx screws have a key included (carbide insert tooling for lathes and mills) and half don't (knives and vaping stuff). The machine tooling includes them (flagged Torx drivers) to limit the amount of torque put on those tiny screws. The rest of us just have to use our own judgement.<snip>There's my reason for wanting the manufacturer to include the proper tool with the mod in the first place, but hopefully I can find a Torx bit that small for less than that. Aha! I just looked in another bit set that I have and it's got Torx bits down to 4. Now all I need to do is figure out whether there's any point in updating my Aegis 100W... the ain't broke don't fix it rule might be in effect. I actually like my Aegis so much that I just ordered another one. The only one that's on sale for $40 is the Green Camo color... other in-stock colors are $49... free shipping. Geekvape Aegis Vape Mod They also have the Aegis 200W (twin 18650) version for $54.Well, it's twelve bits (six of them Torx™ from 6 to 15 or 20) combined in a jewelers precision screwdriver format
Thanks! Here's a great deal on 3200mah 26650 batteries for $4 each, free shipping with an order of $10 or more. XTAR 26650 3200mAh IMR Battery (Unprotected) Flat Top High Drain. I bought 6 of them even though my Geek Vape Aegis 100W is the only mod I have that can use a 26650. They're good batteries.
Tempting. But, not sure about camo. The only one that's on sale for $40 is the Green Camo color... other in-stock colors are $49... free shipping. Geekvape Aegis Vape Mod
Eleaf is a relatively reliable brand, IMO, but my only experiences are with 30W, 40W and 50W Eleaf models that have built-in batteries. I can't remember the model name at the moment. For devices with removable batteries, the brand that's been most reliable for me, surprisingly, has been Smok. Other more expensive mods fail with regularity but my two Smok mods keep on chugging. Hopefully others will add their two bits to my two cents.Any advice, particularly from those with similar health complaints greatly appreciated.
I thought maybe the old eleaf pico 75w, with an easy to fill tank? She gets me to change coils anyway, so pre-built or drop in doesn't matter
G'day oldies.
I figure this is an appropriate place to ask.
I have vaped about 5 years.
But this August, my mum started at least dual using. She has good days and bad days. A pack of 40 either lasts a week or just short of that.
She has emphysema, arthritis, has had at least 3 strokes, allergies. So getting started was tricky.
The aspire breeze 2, with 1ohm coil, 6mg WTA unflavoured has been pretty good for her. But 2 have carked it in 2 months. She also has the nautilus AIO, and seems equally happy with that.
Looking to upgrade to something that will last though. Never expected her to take to vaping at all, when I bought her the breeze.
Any advice, particularly from those with similar health complaints greatly appreciated.

Thanks. Only 510 atties in this house are squonking rda. I have 4. So she will need a tank. An Aussie mate offered a vika fantasy, which is the coils she's used to.The Pico will take any atty you drop on it as long as the coil isn't too low, so no need for a new atty. I use my Kayfun 5's on mine when I use it.
I have allergies but they stay in my nose & don't cause lung issues anymore. I don't have emphysema but used to get bronchiris or pnuemonia every year or so. No more! My my lung capacity is better & I don't get short of breath anymore. I also have Rhuematoid Arthrtis so my right hand is messed up but I use a Koiler to make my own coils. I make my own juice, & build my own coils thanks to my dear friends here who answered all my questions, did a group visual examination of my first coil in Hangouts & babysat me when I tentatively fired it up. She can do this!
I smoked a PAD for 44 years, Doffy, & had no problem switching over.

Dan, the Pico is an excellent, durable mod. You could set it up at the wattage she likes and just turn her loose. It's quite small but feels solid.G'day oldies.

I agree with the Pico.
For toppers, I recommend the Joyetech eGo ONE Mega V2 Tank with CLR coils. Most consistent drop-in coils I've ever tried. And, designed to be rebuildable.
Have to admit I am not loving the ego one, lots of spitting and flooding. I wasn't aware they are rebuild-able, is it hard on those small coils?
I don't know about easy. But, much easier than a PT2 coil.
