Started camel snus this week and been doing 5 - 7 pouches / day of the mint flavor. I can taste the tobacco on my tounge with a refreshing mint layer over it and am swallowing the pouch spit with no issues, its not making me sick like cigarettes used to.
Done with the cancer sticks.
Note that...
Its 5% nic salts but am going to order the green smoke e cig kit with tobacco flavor to get something similar to a cigarette... question being would 2.4% in the green smoke be weaker in strength? I'm not familiar with the strengths.
Ordering a Green Smoke kit because it resembles a cigarette so closely, I smoke 5 reds a day and was wondering if 2.4% will hit me hard and will I get used to it if I keep at it everyday? I don't want something getting me sick but need the closest thing to a real cigarette to keep me away from them.
Back in May I overdosed using an NJOY king disposable with 30mg nicotine chain vaping it, felt terrible like I was dying but fell asleep, woke up the next day and went to work fine. I was wondering if this could have done any damage longterm to my body?
My family tells me to go back to vaping but I'm barely smoking and tell them I do it for enjoyment and I'll stop eventually... what do you guys think? Is it really necessary to switch back or no?
I found vaping less addictive and I'm a light smoker (3 cigs / day). I was wondering if this is because of the chemicals added to cigarettes to get you hooked... take this into example, I was smoking American Spirit (3 a day) which had like 1.8 mg nic per cig (they are strong additive free). Now...
So I've had nausea and cramps for a month and a half now and its becoming very concerning. Tomorrow, I'm going to get a blood test to see if I have this condition. My question was, will smoking or vaping make it worse?
I'm not ready to quit guys, I've tried lots of vaping methods ranging from JUUL to Aspire Breeze to Boba's Bounty to NET juices as well. I started smoking 3 American Spirits / day and am limiting myself to a pack / week.
I can tell when I have reached the satisfied nicotine amount, with my subohm device its near impossible to tell until I show early symptoms of (too much nicotine). Does anyone have tricks for the subohm device so I know?
So, this device is a "harm reduction" device, obviously not as safe as vaping e liquid but much better than smoking. What it does is vaporize real tobacco that you insert into the PAX and heats it to a temperature low enough to not combust. My plan is to buy American Spirit light cigarettes and...
I'd assume NETs are the closest thing you can get to cigarette tobacco (without the burning of course). With that being said, since it uses real tobacco wouldn't there be significant use of carcinogens like in chewing tobacco? Also, if anyone has tried them do they really taste like real...
New 0.6 coil primed, might have primed it with too much juice though like 4 times around... anyway filled up to the tank line with e juice, put the coil back in. After charging the device decided to give it a try, all gurgling junk spit into my mouth had to rinse out with warm water, didn't work...
6mg strength, the e juice that everyone is crazy about... hopefully I'll enjoy it. On another note, does anyone know a juice flavor similar to camel crush or l&m ?

I'm switching to the Aspire Breeze next week, just thought I'd share this with you guys.
"Every single compound used in the JUULpod showed signs of Glaucoma development and/or long-term vision issues."
With that being said, the...
