as they kick in, the taste should eventually punch in, they take a breaking in period before full flavor is released. we noticed this alot. Thank you for your feedback.

like most tank systems with this feeding method, you can stick a needle down in the wick area of the atomizer, do not push it in but you can move it around, adjusting it ever so slightly to see if that helps with getting more flavor. Like in my video though I did notice if i shed them out well, let it dry and gave them short burst dry burns nand not letting it get overly hot, not to much as to not pop a atty. then fill and add 2 drops to atomizer itself and then reseat the tank and vape and get it going.

I totally destroyed an ego atty trying to mess with the wick, so I'll just leave well enough alone, LOL! It could just be the juice itself, or bad taste buds from years of analogs. I'm willing to work with it awhile and see where it all leads. Thanks for the quick reply!

I am on day three with the Turbine on my buzz at 3.6v and it works flawlessly. The Turbine tested at 2ohm. I couldn't be happier. I am so glad to hear that you will continue to carry these. I will defin be stocking up on these when they are back in stock. Keep up the great work guys. And thanks for bringing us the latest and greatest!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

badcolo;

in all honesty, that was most likely my issue. In getting the acrid/chemical taste from my Turbine I had washed it, soaked it in vodka, etc. When I did the dry burns as I noted in my previous post it took longer than I thought it should to see the element start to get really hot and turn orange. Think I must have overstressed the element. I also had the voltage on my Provari too high. Had it at 4.2v when I first started to do the dry burns. I remember I had cranked up the voltage little by little to see if that would clear up the bad taste. Forgot to lower it to 3.7v which is where I usually do dry burns, no matter the oHm of the carto. I had done an oHm test on my Turbine and it was 1.8 oHm.

I'm going to give this another fair shot when you're restocked. I also want to try the Belgian waffle, Gummi Bear, and Apple Pancakes when the juice is restocked. Hopefully the Turbines and juice will be in at hte same time so I can save on shipping.

I REALLY like the idea of this tank/atty. I had ZERO problems with leaking. It looked kind of funny sitting on top of my Provari because of the length of the adapter. Need a shorter 510/510 adapter so it doesn't sit so tall.

The videos Chris did/redid really helped me a lot thanks for those.

I can understand the frustration of those who had/have problems but in my case I have to own my problems, insofar as popping the element. I did do short bursts, but at 4.2v on a 1.8 oHm atty I most likely was pressing my luck. Not sure if the atty would have "opened up" flavor and vapor wise as I only got to run maybe a half ml through it.

I appreciate that and i promise to have them improve all future versions at the factory based on everyones feedback. They are more then willing to listen on how they can improve and are very vocal with me, this is a good thing.

yes they are testing the new ohms for us as we speak, 2 new ohm ptions but they would rather stick to one new ohm besides the one now, samples are on their way to me and i will choose the best ones and have them made for the next shipment.

In china they dont really sell high volt devices, they make high volt atomizer because we ask for them worldwide.
so most new products are made for stick style and ego styles like that but upon request they will make the ohm that we need.

I just received mine in the mail and filled it up plugged it into a 1,000 mah ego and vaped away with no problems. I was expecting it to be bad after reading some of the posts but to my surprise it is working real good just like the video. It is much easier to fill and not messy like filling the ego-t and it seems to vape well. Like I said I just got it and will use it for the day and see how it goes but so far working just as advertised!

How is the flavor? How does it compare to what you were using?

Well My DOA Turbine went out with today's mail so hopefully it should get to you within a couple days I just can't wait to try a working one because like I said in my initial statements. It hits very very good, mine just apparently did not have a good attachment for the battery post on the atty as when I took it off the battery it fell out into my hand. I cannot say enough of about how great the return process is for a DOA, you guys are Great!

Maybe I wasn't clear, in my initial email, that I was having problems with the Turbine working on my mod. I never mentioned I was having a problem with airflow. I did state that I was frustrated and when I received your reply, then I felt hopeless and frustrated. I wished you had told me, in your reply, that there were issues with the pin being loose. It would have saved me hours of trying to figure out why it wasn't firing with my extension or adapters. I can't see how airflow would prevent the Turbine from "working". Or, maybe you could have answered my direct question: "Is your 510 extension the same item as your 510 battery to 501 atomizer that you sell on the Turbine ordering site?". Now you have responded to my post, but still haven't answered that question. I am disappointed in the item and how my email was handled. I realize that this item was only $12. But it was $12 down the drain and no help from the supplier. Can you relate to my frustration? This isn't a matter of whether or not "I" liked something or the atomizer pin "maybe" loose. It is a matter of the pin is loose and because of this, the item does not work. For the very short period of time I was able to get it to work on my mod, I stated that I was happy with the Turbine on my post. I even stated that I ordered the Vortex. I would like to see Got Vapes stand up and support their customers. And when you find out that there is a problem with one of your items, say so and offer to replace it.

Nothing had been done to my Turbine when I first emailed stating that it wouldn't work with the extension or adapters and asking for help. It wasn't until I received a reply talking about airflow, not answering my question or offering suggestions related to my issue, did I resort to asking seasoned vapers for suggestions and help. One of the suggestions was to check and see if the post on the atty or the adapters/extension was making connection. That is when I discovered that the pin on the atty was loose and needed to be pulled out. Since the pin was loose to begin with, it will not stay out. I know you guys randomly pick items from stock to test and use for your personal use. But with any new item, there can be problems. The problems might not present themselves with everyone and just because 100 other users did have this problem doesn't mean the few people who did have problems is because they did something to it. And to Dan, maybe you or Chris missed where I suggested he buy a e-power from you guys. And that post was posted before my post about the Turbine. Believe me, if I thought Got Vapes was a non-reputable business, I would not refer people to your site and I certainly wouldn't keep buying products from you. I sure hope this clears the air! And Chris, I don't know how to get PM's on this forum. Give me a few minutes to figure this one out! LOL

In all fairness I have had things from other vendors that were not what I thought/or was told they would be. When I contacted them their response was "this is not a wide spread problem" so there was no solution. They did not reply beyond that. With that being said this is standard procedure that Gotvapes is following. It is not personal it is business.

TRUE but please dont misunderstand me, we do go out of our way and still do for certain issues, we have done so time and time again, but persistant issues that we really dont want to air out on the forums prevents us from going the extra mile so we have to adhere to the DOA only rule, a small few have ruined it for the bunch.

with the turbine this truly hasnt been a widespread issue at all, the ce2 we did have a issue with the cracked tubes and we stood behind it and are doing good by those customers, we will own up to issues if they are major but if a product is only getting a handful of complaints with hundreds and hundreds of sales well then thats a different issue. lol
